Trauma-Informed, Therapeutic Massage

We offer 60 and 90 minute sessions MST-Trauma-informed therapeutic Swedish massage supporting chronic pain, anxiety, somatic tension, and Whole Health goals.
Each session includes a full‑body Swedish therapeutic massage with supportive modalities such as aromatherapy, warm stones, hot towels, and calming, trauma‑sensitive music to promote relaxation, comfort, and overall well‑being.
Massage therapy is recognized as a Complementary & Integrative Health (CIH) service under VA Directive 1137, and it is used for both mental health and physical health conditions.
