Silver Membership Contract

You agree to pay a reoccurring $60 due on the 1st of each month or until contract is terminated. This membership includes a professional 60 minute Swedish or Deep Tissue massage once a month by appointment only. One total massage each month for one year or until contract is terminated via email request. ***IMPORTANT*** Valid only on one of the following days each week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. Valid with appointment only. Cancellation Policy: You or Terrias' Therapeutic Table and Chair Massage, LLC can terminate contract anytime. Make your request via email at terriasprofessionalmassage@gmail.com Refund Policy: No refunds. Payment accepted: We will send an invoice over after service is rendered if you choose to pay weekly. If you choose to pay once a month, we will send an invoice on the 1st of each month to be paid on the 1st. (Note:**This price is for members only, and you must complete our membership contract** We service Bluffton, Okatie, Beaufort, Port Royal, Hilton Head, SC, Savannah, Pooler, Port Wentworth, and Rincon, GA).
